This project included the demo and removal of (38) water source heat pump systems, 100 ton capacity cooling tower, water boiler, and controls. (38) new water source heat pumps installed throughout this 5 floor building, new 100 ton capacity cooling tower set and installed on the roof, new 1.2 million btu boiler installed inside the penthouse located on the roof, variable frequency drives installed on all pumps for the building, and new controls to efficiently regulate power consumption while maintaining comfortable temperatures throughout the entire building.
