The project consisted of conditioning 5,700 square feet of entertainment and office space as well as heating 10,000 square feet of garage space. The job required custom duct work throughout the building in order to make the appearance visually appealing. We also ran gas lines throughout the garage to fire places, a grill, heaters, furnaces and water heaters.
