A complete retro-fit of the existing HVAC systems was needed for this church. We worked together with Faith Lutheran’s advisory board to come up with a comprehensive plan to meet their needs. Ultimately (2) 40 ton commercial air handlers were replaced along with a majority condensers. The control system was also upgraded to a Distech system complete with a new front end and graphical display. An additional 10 ton gas split system was also replaced. The gas pipe system was also upgraded to a 2 psi system to support the new duct furnace added to air handler one.
