We recently collaborated with Hickory Construction to enhance the mechanical systems in the new Twin City Corporate Office. Our efforts included installing a 5-ton gas-fired rooftop unit to optimize heating and cooling, relocating a mini-split system for improved air distribution, and reworking existing ductwork to ensure proper comfort levels throughout the space. Additionally, we installed spiral ducting in the exposed areas of the new office, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the environment.

In conjunction with their office renovation, Hickory Construction also built a 12,000 square foot Parts Storage Warehouse for Twin City. The storage area is heated with gas unit heaters throughout. We also installed two exhaust fans on the roof and two wall louvers to keep the storage area well-ventilated throughout summer.
